It's A New Year......2015!!

JANUARY

The day that Gary has been working for all these years......January 1, 2015.  Retirement!  After working since he was 15 years old....39 of those years at Southern Missouri Containers, Inc., he retired.  I have to say, he is like a new person.  Working so many hours for so many years with so much pressure had taken a toll on him.  But since he has retired, for the first time in many years, he has actually got to watch a whole ball game on TV, including the Super Bowl and March Madness, go to the grandkids' games and activities, work in his shop when he wants to.....and we go to the fitness center every morning and work out!  It's a whole new world for us.

Speaking of getting to see the grandkids' games, we got to go together to watch Cael and Jude play baskedball.  They were on the same team and got to play with some of their friends from church.

Just love watching these little guys play.  The are really good hustlers and learning a lot about basketball.

We also enjoyed going to watch Haven at her gymnastics class.  She is certainly agile and learns so quickly.

t's so fun watching these kids participate in the activities they love.  They are all doing so good.

It's a good life,
