January is always a really busy month for me. It's year-end giving statements for everyone who has donated money to Global Encounter or sponsored a school child. It's also 1099 time for those who have worked for us during the year. It's also tax time for Gary and Donna...sad face....no refund.
However, this year for some reason I found the time to do all of those things and still get Jude's scrapbook up to date just waiting for his birthday pictures to finish it.
I also dusted off my sewing machine and bought some 18" doll patterns and made some clothes for Bailey, Ruthie, and Haven's American Girl dolls.

I haven't sewn in many years, but I really enjoyed this. I just warned the girls not to show them to anyone who sews all the time....might be embarrassing to look too closely at my seams and stitches.
