Build-A-Dog

Since Haven was turning 5 this year, it was her turn to go to Build-A-Bear and pick out an animal and some outfits and accessories.  That has been our tradition for all of the prior grandchildren on their fifth birthday.  So Haven and I went to the mall on Friday before her party on Saturday and it didn't take her long to pick out this black and white dog.  She liked the fact that it had a puppy that it could carry in it's mouth.  So here's the dog getting stuffed and Haven kissing the little heart to put inside it.  Then it gets a bath.

The she picked a couple of outfits and a bed for it.  This young man helped her dress the dog.  It was his first day on the job and wasn't quite sure how to get the dress on and which feet to put the shoes on. But she looked fine and Haven was happy.

Here's the Dog Dresser, Haven and Honorly.  Isn't that a cute name?  She is very good at picking names for her animals.
