I don't find any pics from September, and can't think of anything that stands out in that month. Everybody is back in school and getting into a routine, so we move on to October.
Usually Gary and I make a trip to Houston in October, but this year Doug and Wendy came in the weekend of October 12th for our Back to the Basics weekend at church. Doug spoke to parents at the Festival Saturday evening and then preached on Sunday morning. So, we had Ruthie and Karla's birthday parties together on Friday night. Karla's birthday is October 7th and Ruthie's birthday is October 9th.
